[sdiy] Pro-one keyboard upgrade

Hi all.

I have a Pro-one in storage that I eventually want to bring back to 
something like it's former glory. It's need of a bit of TLC, but is 
functional apart from some scratchy pots, the last time I took it for a 
spin.
The thing is, the keyboard action is quite horrible. I gather they're 
all like that....
Has anyone on this list successfully upgraded the keyboard to a better 
feeling one?
