While I'm not a 7810 specialist by any means, but thanks for the
flowers, I do have the complete manual, yes :)
What's not in there, of course, is how to rip data from internal memory.
According to the datasheet that's impossible (unless the internal ROM
also accesses some external memory where you can implant a readout
routine there like it was done e.g. by Musitronics when hacking the
Yamaha SY77).
(I've been reported by a Casio CZ101 hacker that he was successful in
toggling the mode lines, i.e. booting the 7810 from an external ROM,
then switching to internal mode. Since he never came back with a dump,
however, I doubt that he really succeeded...)
If your inbox is good for 800kB, give me a shout, I'll send you the 7810
manual then.
