[sdiy] Weird Prodigy problem

Okay I feel stupid now...

One of the fuses on the secondary side wasn't making proper contact, so it was running on only one half of the transformer.
Fixed that and now it's working on the original transformer again.  If I remove the fuse, it's back to it's old problems so it's reproduceable.

Thanks all for looking into it and sorry it was something stupid like that...
