I have to correct myself. Yes, -12V isn't affected but that's because the 79M12 seems to catch it.
Voltage does drop *before* the regulator. In fact, it does so even before the recifier diodes.
The whole sine wave shrinks and moves on my scope.
Can a bad transformer cause this? I will try with another one just to be sure.
