The Urei 1176 uses a FET in this way.

Doug Self's book on "Small Signal Audio Design" has some fantastic sections on using FETs in various places in various dividers.

As everyone else has mentioned, though, you may want to take a step back to see what the actual goal and see if there's another way to achieve it; see if there's other angles you can look at it from.
