You get the same result if you just write:
#ifndef MIDI_H
#define MIDI_H
#include "LFO.h"
...
#endif
since the first thing that the LFO.h file does is check if LFO_H has
been defined already. In your code you're duplicating the test for no
benefit (unless you're trying to speed up compilation time by avoiding
unnecessary file fetching and preprocessing, which can be important
when build times are measured in hours).
