Okay, maybe I'm cheap, but I've used a 15W Hakko with the same tip for
the past four or five years. Freaking tip still looks almost brand new
and it works great. They run about $25, and Fry's carries them, along
with spare tips in various styles.

If you needed more power, they also make a 25W model that would
probably be very useful.
