Agilent is the re-branded HP test instrument business.  Make sure to check 
the acessories, selection & configuration guides plus all datasheets as test 
instruments usually have an option list longer than your arm and you really 
don't want to upgrade to a needed option _after_ you've already purchased 
the base unit.  In this case, the MSO and WaveGen is a software license 
option (i.e. the ASIC is always the same, but some functions are non-
operational until you buy the license).  I am not sure about the segmented 
memory option and the bandwidth upgrades since we don't have that particular 
scope in the lab, but I believe they are also licenses (although re-
calibration may be required).  Do you get probes with the scope?  You will 
want at least a pair of 1:1 and a pair of 10:1 probes.
