Agilent is the re-branded HP test instrument business. Make sure to check
the acessories, selection & configuration guides plus all datasheets as test
instruments usually have an option list longer than your arm and you really
don't want to upgrade to a needed option _after_ you've already purchased
the base unit. In this case, the MSO and WaveGen is a software license
option (i.e. the ASIC is always the same, but some functions are non-
operational until you buy the license). I am not sure about the segmented
memory option and the bandwidth upgrades since we don't have that particular
scope in the lab, but I believe they are also licenses (although re-
calibration may be required). Do you get probes with the scope? You will
want at least a pair of 1:1 and a pair of 10:1 probes.
