[sdiy] Eagle Text Size/Ratio - PCBCart vs. Others

I use pcbcart and they kind of suck at screen printing. My prints are
almost always off.
Otherwise they do a good job and seem like pretty nice people. Always
had good customer service from them. Write them an email and see what
they say.
