[sdiy] Eagle Text Size/Ratio - PCBCart vs. Others

Hey all,

I've been running a few boards through PCBCart and I'm finding the minimum text size is getting a little constricting.

What is the smallest (or your standard), *reasonably* clear (i.e. you can see the difference between R53 & R58 after a long day) Text Size (in Mils) and Ratio (in Eagle) that you've had out of PCBCart?

The supplier I was using until recently was more expensive and so far the service from PCBCart has been good (and the boards are good for the price) but I'm definitely seeing what I don't get when I don't pay for it.
