Many thanks for those, duly bookmarked!

I've found a couple of (very cheap) simple ones on Abebooks - will refer 
to the more 'quality' books if this looks like it's going to work for 
me. Did the same with Verilog books - now in danger of needing a new 
bookcase ;-)
