[sdiy] 1N4001 equivalent in SOT-23?

Hey all,

Title says it all really - I'm looking or a SOT-23 replacement for the humble 1N4001. It's for a module that will be on a +/12V supply, it'll be doing reverse voltage protection in conjunction with PTC fuses and a little half-wave rectification on AC signals that shouldn't ever get more than 10V PP...

The only one I've found that comes close is this:

...should I be concerned that the Max Reverse Voltage is 20V (rather than the 50V of the 1N4001)? It's one of the few components I'm considering keeping as through-hole but it'd be real nice to find a suitable candidate.

I'm UK-based but I've got no problem with ordering from OS.

Thanks all.

J
