over the last few weeks i am having more and more luck understanding AVR's

after  all this time spent looking at peoples programs, at books, and messing around with code, I am now ready to actually start trying to commit something.

however, my current setup for INPUT AND OUTPUT is low-fi at best.

So i just got some TLC7524 DACs in the mail so I can try and make a usable output

and now i have to figure out what sort of opamp front end to put before the built in ADC's


SO...does anyone have any advice, links or comments on the best way to get synth levels down to the 5v input limit?
