[sdiy] LED risers/spacers

I think these LED spacers are more trouble than they're worth.
I prefer to put LEDs in their holes, then mate the board up to the panel,
before soldering the LEDs in place at the right height.
I found soldering LEDs in place with spacers can put them slightly out of
line with the panel holes, and it can be a real nightmare to get them all in
afterward.
