No, because I fixed the crowbar issue with a time delay on half the
modules in a cabinet. But, I was very worried about one rail
powering on with another rail off. I figured it could cause all
sorts of grief. I bet the 2164 is just one example of all sorts of
nasties that can occur with a half-powered system.
