Yes right!  a 510Ω resistor if negative supply falls, accordingly to my measurements, will drive 24.9 mA that at 15V will be 0.37W so 1/2W resistor will work OK. For a 330Ω resistor 36,7mA so 0.55W 0.6W resistor will be OK. And maybe also a 1/2W because only will drive this amount when negative rail falls. I didn't noticed the resistor going hot. But yes better 0.6.
