Looking at Oscar's figures I'd go with either 510 or 330 Ohms.  Both
seemt to have negligible effect on the operating current but offer
suitable protection from missing V-.

I would then add a suitable local decoupling cap to offset the
increased impedance of the supply rail.

Ultimately though this needs listening tests to hear if there are any
audible artefacts.
