[sdiy] Arp / Oberhein keyboard mystery

I'm guessing 1604-P is a typo for 3604-P, if not then yes, pics please.  I
have an early 2600 service manual (not the common 2600-2606 version) and it
only shows an opamp module as DaveB mentions on the 3604-P pcb.

The ARP 16xx series were sequencers (1601, 03, 04, 21, 23 are ones I've seen).

No idea about the Oberheim 1036-A.
