Well, simply contact Roland Technical Support on the web (send them a message).
They should give you the nearest Roland Technical center (sometimes a music shop) and the part number you need to order …
As simple as that ;-)

(I personally contacted Roland Belgium to get parts from my D70 keyboard. They also send me a pdf with pictures of the parts etc etc).

I already took all keys out and cleaned all epoxy from them, but then I did wrong, and took the flexible keyboard PCB out, order to clean it. I wrongly scratched it so no connectivity on one lead. Also, the connector leads where scrapped off when I separated it from the other PCB (the one the aftertouch connector goes to). So basically, I will need a new PCB and flat cable (the one that connects to the "other" PCB), or either get an entire, new replacement keyboard system. What are the options these days ? and does the JD800 shares the same keyboard with other models (so I can get another non interesting synth and switch the keyboards) ?
