[sdiy] paia 5150 stringz n thingz low output volume and sustain problem

Travis,

I suspect that if you are getting a signal from the mix out then it 
is not the CA3080. In my limited experience with failed CA3080s, when 
they fail there is no output, but I've only seen blown 
transconductance inputs. Perhaps someone with more knowledge has some 
ideas. If the mix out is quieter than the piano out even with the 
piano mix at maximum then it might be the CA3080.
