[sdiy] Korg Micro-Preset Question - presets not working

Looking at the manual from http://manuals.fdiskc.com/mans/Korg.html, I see from the diagram on pg 10 that the three presets that don't work are all in the same column, "Wood". Am I right in thinking that those sounds are basically the same except for the oscillator signal that they're fed? If so, you could try checking that the osc outputs that feed them. That'd explain why some weren't working, but two (Oboe, Basson) are still ok. Something further downstream (like a filter) would affect everything in that column, I'd have thought.

It's pretty difficult to see on those schematics, but if you could see what the little boxes connected to the "Woodwind" switch were, you could see where the signals are coming from (those filters and stuff on the far left of pg 11, mostly) and I suspect it'd be easy enough to figure out which bit's gone down. Trouble is - you *can't* bloody read it.
Still, my best guess is to test the signals going into that switch, then follow them back to the oscillator signal processing bit where different flavours of square, ramp, etc are derived by simple filters and see which bit of that has died.
