[sdiy] Couple of parts questions - Yamaha CS01, Multivox MX-150 bass pedals

I'm looking for a replacement for the volume/switch pot on a Multivox
MX-150.  Its a 50k Alps audio pot with a switch at the bottom.  Does
anyone have anything compatible or know where I might find something?
I've been searching Mouser/Digikey. I can send a pic of the broken pot
if it would help.

Also, I need to get the DC input jack for a Yamaha CS01, the type that
switches off the ground.  If anyone has one laying around I'd be
interested (or of course I can just look around Mouser for this one).
