Can't speak for any of the shippers or companies  but Irwin Chusid is a
pretty well known and dedicated-to-the-art DJ educator on outsider and
unusual music.

I think he still has a show on WFMU and his book "Songs in the Key of Z"
is a must read by any music or art afficiando IMO.
