[sdiy] Permanent protoboard

Weird.  I was just wondering why I couldn't find a protoboard in this 
rough form factor.  I agree power busses down the middle would make 
sense, but just having 4 pads left after IC insertion is a huge 
improvement over 3 pad per hole normally.
