I upgraded finally.  If anyone is interested in this thing..the last 
time I turned it on it worked for a few seconds...then..the screen went 
to jibberish.  and it locked up.  I didn't see anything obvious going on 
and don't have time to mess with it.  If anyway wants a project or parts 
machine let me know.  Apparently the display is good anyway.  Looks like 
these are still selling for 250 or so last I looked so rather than post 
it thought I'd ask if anyone here is interested.  -Bob
