I've never used AC coupled outputs myself, but I should think that the bleed
resistor is critical, particularly if any of the input destinations go
directly to an opamp follower, because otherwise the input will drift to one
of the rails. Of course, maybe it isn't such a good idea to have inputs go
directly to followers, and follower inputs should probably have bleed
resistors too, just in case.
