Happened to see this in TI EE forum, in case anyone is interest on $11
floating point DSP microcontroller USB dongle kit just use the coupon
code 'Piccolo11' when orderin TMDX28069USB - F28069 Piccolo
controlSTICK.

Unfortunately this USB dongle version controlCARD doesn't have the
McBSP pins routed to headers. You can still get some audio out of it
by using SPI I guess (or PWM at least). Ordered myself one to get
feeling how this and the tools actually work. Regarding their other
USB dongle kits you can't beat the VC5505 kit. That's the DSP used on
Korg Microkorg XL:

Also they've got the $4.30 MSP430 LaunchPad (for programming the the
two LED's onboard, well, it could have some use though it's quite
limited. On the other hand there is the application note on using an
I2S interface with these little devices:
