[sdiy] Best lead cutter?

I use these at work, not flash but i replace them regularly:

i've tried using good ones like the linstrom or C.K. and they do work well, but working in an aircraft hangar there is always some ningnong who nicks them (borrows without asking) to cut stainless steel lockwire. so I stick with the el-cheapo.
