1) By 'quality' of waveform, I was referring to aliasing. The term had 
slipped my mind until, for some reason, I thought of 8-bit computer 
graphics.

2) The 'n' question could be simplified to 'how much should I oversample?'

3) Waveforms are selected using spare address pins.
