[sdiy] 3.3 V regulators

I use the LM2574. It's a bucking regulator, but I've worked with a
bunch of them, and it's the most forgiving. It comes in 8-pin DIP,
adjustable or hard-wired to 3.3, 5, etc. If you're running from
batteries or generators, the extra efficiency is nice, too. My
