If you have a neighbour complaining about TVI from your amateur radio
then they should speak to you, not Ofcom (and it's the BBC for broadcast
interference now, anyway). It's part of the amateur radio licence
conditions that you need do all you can to make sure you're not causing
interference. However - if said complaining neighbour won't let you do
anything to solve their RFI problem, tough. You can go back to
transmitting and interfering with their telly all you want. If you've
offered to investigate and cure the problem - and you've proven that
your own gear is clean, as it should be - then the fault lies with their
equipment and if they don't want the help they have to live with the
problem!

Oh, and as a side note, if you *are* getting interference from a
neighbour who is an amateur radio operator, and you *do* contact Ofcom
instead of telling them about it directly, it might be a good idea to
ensure that you have a valid TV licence. Otherwise not only will you
not "get all that nonsense shut down" but you'll get a hefty fine.
Hohoho, glad I don't live in that street any more ;-)
