Small Bear carries these, but if you ever got really stuck on sourcing this, I think you might be able to use half of an LM13700 in place of a BA6110. (Of course if you have a PCB with a BA6110 pinout this would take a bit of adapting.)

I doubt there's anything magic about the "MC" - any of the 4558 varieties should do, and there are a lot of them.
