Hello,

Anyone have the service notes for the dxm09 dj mixer?

I called Numark during their support hours and cant even get past the IVR....

Why do companies flake on support so much?  

But of course they have "9 new products to unveil" at NAMM this week....

If you're there, ask them from me why can't anyone answer the phone during their own posted operating hours?!  Screw the new products, get people to answer the phone during operational hours...

Maybe less time trying to sling out crap build quality usb controller turntables and more time support and working on better customer service quality?  

I call Rane and get EXCELLENT support!  EVERYTIME!  Whats the deal with Numark?  For being a corporate you would think they could afford some decent service....

Also, an update to the korg poly 800 problem i ask ed about and have 1 person reply 


i got it working!

 it was the voltage regulator that was croaked......

no offense but is there another synth or electronics repair list / forum that ha more "applied" questions and support...seems like if you want to discuss walsh functions and what it means to be "virtual analog" you get a lot of repsonses but i hardly ever get any real anwsers to my "applied" questions....maybe i am asking stupid questions?  please tell me if i am!

seems like when i ask questions about a circuit and how to troubleshoot its quiet but when ebay shill bidding comes up everyone and their cousin chimes in!  LOL

Maybe I should "mask" my tech question in an OT posting....

Why is the sky blue, oh and btw does anyone explain to me the transistor based voltage regulator circuit in the korg poly 800?  If a tree falls in the woods.....
