[sdiy] SSM2164 last time buys

Looks like I'll be finding a UK rep and getting a sample, once my
prototype is up and running I'll swap the AD part I have for the
CoolAudio part and let everyone know how I get on. It won't be a full
on test, but should be a good indication of any problems.
