[sdiy] Transformer question

Hi guys,

I'm about to build ±15V psu using LM317/LM337, but there is question
about transformer. In my local shops I can get 2x15V 1A rated
transformer, but not bigger :( there is option 2x18V 2x1.1A (but it
has couple more secondaries), link:

Can I use 2x15V 1A transformer or do go with 2x18V and leave secondaries free.
