The recommend rule check should help.

If you need a finer grained check, you can also use the Name or Info tools.  Click on each of the segments in question, and verify that they have the same name.  If they have the same name, they'll be on the same node in the netlist.  This is true, even if the segments don't touch, so it's useful for running signals between sheets, or wrapping/unwrapping signals between different sections of the same sheet.
