Hmmm....QCAD.... thanks for the reminder!

I played with it a little bit about 9 years ago.  Unfortunately the  
slightly odd distribution model puts it out of the "free-as-in-beer"  
category for my liking.
And now I've found DoubleCAD XT I think that blows it out of the  
water for price/performance.
