You might want to add Fritzing to your Schematic / PCB Layout list.

Not used it myself but I've seen the schematics used on the Arduino site - not sure how 'deep' it goes.
FWIW I sent a message to the Design Spark team to put a vote in for a Mac OS version - they got back to me very quickly saying it wasn't something that would happen soon - but "they are listening".
+1 for http://inkscape.org/ as well BTW - I think my next major Illustrator-based tantrum might see me jump ship in that direction.
