[sdiy] Proteus software

Looks like very cool stuff - especially the VSM stuff. Great for that 
deserted island
with all-inclusive microbrewery and Carmen Electra automatron.
I wonder if they allow discounts on group buys or perhaps through the chip 
vendors
themselves.  What pin counts are common for most of the module/small project 
work you guys do?
Is can/be an arduino modeled on this?
The 10/12F VSM would likely be my first "pic" though.
