[sdiy] AVR/ARDUINO psuedo random noise?

if i did, i apologize. it might have been back when i first got the arduino but never really dived in. i will search that post out!
i am SOOOO disorganized and often working on 10 things at once.
the current thread on digital noise got me thinking about this again.
