That was what I was going to do originally, but I've switched to an 
either/or as it would involve extra calculations. As it is, the only 
calculations necessary are those for setting the timer for A,H,D,R.

Linear(ish) is going to be 255 voltage increments over 255 steps - timer 
determines how long is a step. Simple case of y = x, just that the 
scaling of x changes. Exponential similar, but y will come from a 
256-value lookup table. (Read backwards for D and R, now that R will 
have the exponential option per Scott's suggestion.

Controls now:

Pots for A,D,H,S,R
Switches for lin/exp on A,D,R plus a retrigger/don't retrigger switch.
