[sdiy] backplane connector recommendation?

I feel like these DIN connectors may be overkill for my needs.  I did 
come across these Molex KK series at Mouser that look interesting, page 
1178.  They're .156 headers so they're a little beefier and have a 
little plastic hook to grip the PCB.  Plus, the 14 pin version (not 
listed at Mouser but they are made) are just over 2" wide which fits my 
mostly-layed-out PCB width pretty closely.
