[sdiy] More-than-8-bit microcontrollers in PLCC packaging?

I ran across the NXP LPC1114FA44, but it doesn't seem to actually exist yet. 

Anyone know of any others?

I was thinking about PLCC since there's little PLCC-to-DIP adapters.

(And yes, I know lots of folks make little DIP-compatible header boards for all sorts of various surface-mount microcontrollers.)
