I'd agree if your drilling steel.  For aluminum, however, just hold it down
tight on a piece of wood with your free hand and use the slowest setting on
your drill press.  The stuff drills like butter and it doesn't really grab
the drill bit (it's too soft).

I never EVER drill stainless steel at home.  I always punch it.
