Jason - sounds like a cool idea, can't quite imagine how it sounds
though. Maybe have dual-function knobs so I can switch scheme a/scheme b.

Christian/Tom - two votes for hold!

At this stage, no. Still very much 'organ' in my mind, although it will
only take firmware modifications to change all that. (Providing I
provide the routing between the MIDI receiver and the ADSR generator -
currently ADSR getting triggered by gate signal from tone generator.)

Interesting. The PG-800 (controller for MKS70 and the keyboard version,
of which I can't recall the number) is pretty much 7-bit, if I remember
correctly.

So, OK, I can do it internally, although the only devices I've got to
hand with internal ADC are ATMega8-8PU (8MHz DIP) - where only 6 of the
possible 8 ADC channels are available in that package (doh!) Not sure
whether to whittle down to 6 parameters, use the external ADCs or just
get different packaged devices. Last option not preferred because I've
already got inventory I want to use, rather than just accumulate yet more!

Cheers

M
