That's the trouble with the Cyrillic codepages, typically they all look OK 
if the character width is the same.  For instance, the DRAM should all be 
565RU* and the EPROM 573RF* -- the 8859-5 page makes that 565AG* and 573AD*.  
Looks good, but is complete nonsense. :-)
