Yes, I see them on ebay too, but 30 euro's each is a bit over the top imho.
The ones in China are a lot cheaper, but you read all those stories about fake ic's in China...
I need it for an Eml 200.

I see them currently for sale on ebay, but unless you are repairing something, I can't see the advantage of using one in a new circuit.
