[sdiy] transistion from 7489/74189 to more modern ram??

Not sure if it was mentioned, but there is the 2102 which is a static RAM
of 1024 locations by one bit.  It has separate input and output and a
common address input.  If you want more than 1 bit, you need more than one
IC.  I have no idea if these are available or not.
