I think I can see your pain!
I'm still struggling for words.
I stroke me much harder than I thought it could after reading the death notice.
We hadn't that kind of close contact like some of you had, nor I had the privilege to meet Jürgen in person
(though he's been here in Vienna with his wife Birgit some time ago, but he told me afterwards - I could see his point).
I'm not really able to name "idols", but like by this honourable list in general and by quite a few people on it I found myself being
definitely positively influenced by Jürgen's approach to the matter.
I never was that deep into development and just made what I had to do to be able to build my instruments.
The more I was happy when I could at least give a tiny tiny bit in return to the community and a single time in particular to Jürgen.
It was a weird, disturbing coincidence, Friday night when I just finished packing up our new CD, where analogue sounds are part of its foundation,
when I read this devastating message on electro-music, well knowing, this CD wouldn't be existing without this list and Jürgen in particular!
The more I agree with others that his family, his kids, should have notice of how much regarded Jürgen's work and contribution is,
and what's his legacy, especially with Jürgen being very quiet about his talents outside the world of SDIY!
Thank you all and especially thank you very much Jürgen!
