[sdiy] Granular synthesis/graintable synthesis

Hi all,

Does anyone have any good references for the above techniques? I'm trying to educate myself. Most of what I've found is fairly marketing-led and doesn't really get into the nitty gritty.

Particularly subject to bouts of hand-waving is the process of chopping up a sample into grains. Or the production of usable grains from wavetables.

Any pointers appreciated.
